Sometimes vendors/hosts have customer support forms that ask you to rate your expertise. At this point with this product, I think I may understand how it functions better than many of the support people I work with. I wish there were a self-rating level that said something like “No offense, but if I have to work with your crappy product for more than 30 minutes, it’s likely I know more about it than you do.”
