- Clay Shirky apologizes abjectly for jumping on the #amazonfail Twitter bandwagon and apparently forgives Amazon completely (saying that everyone who took the moral outrage route overreacted and should consider apologizing for the whole thing too). Interesting in that it’s a new opinion/perspective on the discussion, not that I agree entirely with it.
